I am a product designer with a master's degree in Human Computer Interaction Design from UCI. I am passionate about creating meaningful connections and transforming challenges into delightful experiences both at the office and in my home. With my unique blend of design expertise and strategic mindset, I strive to ensure every interaction is intuitive, engaging, and unforgettable.
Outside the design world, I enjoy discovering hot and new restaurants, jet setting around the world, mastering pilates, working on art projects and enjoying quality time with her family.

I strongly recommend Kim as an outstanding designer and a wonderful teammate. We worked together at First American to build the first (and as of now still only!) map-based tool dedicated to land title underwriters. That product has had an unbroken string of 95%+ user satisfaction ratings since its launch in 2023, and Kim's design work is definitely part of the reason why. The best thing about working with Kim is how understated she is. Kim never seeks the limelight or looks to outshine others. She just digs in quietly, produces great designs like clockwork, and repeats. But don't mistake that for shyness or aversion of public scrutiny, because Kim has a secret superpower: She's an outstanding public speaker! She has no fear of the spotlight whatsoever. She just has the humility not to seek it without being called upon.

Research
Kim is a genuinely talented designer who brings both craft and creativity to her work, but what sets her apart is her deeply humanistic approach. She never loses sight of the user. In research sessions, her questions were consistently thoughtful and revealed a real curiosity about people. Her approach is always grounded in what someone would actually need. That kind of instinct is rare, and it's the mark of someone who truly understands what good design is for. As a collaborator, Kim is a gift. She brings enthusiasm and energy that elevates the people around her, and she comes prepared in a way that's genuinely impressive. The progress we made during our collaborations reflected how seriously she takes her work and her teammates. She is also someone who is constantly growing. Kim approaches her craft with a drive to keep improving, and it shows in the quality and thoughtfulness she brings to everything she touches.

Design
What truly sets Kim apart is her adaptability and continued growth. Shortly after our successful launch, I transitioned to a new high-priority project. Kim stepped up and seamlessly took over the entire FARR application, spearheading the implementation of new features and improvements driven directly by user feedback. She is deeply thoughtful in her design process, rolls with feedback effortlessly, and iterates with precision. Kim is a true master of her craft, a brilliant product designer who is both a self-starter and an incredible collaborator. Any product team would be incredibly lucky to have her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough for a Product Designer role. I hope our professional paths cross again in the future!
